ORDERS

When will my order be processed?

Answer:
 As soon as you place your order we process it, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail 2-4 days after purchasing saying we have shipped your item. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. All orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday) excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, after normal business hours or Holidays will be processed on the next business day. Orders are processed within 24 hours after being placed. Longer delays may apply depending on volume and time of year. What is the best way to frame my Canvas Art?

Answer:
 If you take the art to Hobby Lobby or your local art store they will be able to frame it for you. Also if you want to frame it yourself go to Walmart or Home Depot to pick up the supplies. There are many tutorial videos on Youtube for help. Supplies can be picked up at Walmart for as little as $6 dollars and framing time takes usually 1 hour. Most customers are able to frame it within that time frame.

I ordered 2 or more items and only received 1 today?

Answer:
 Sometimes we ship items separately due to the type of products we offer. Most items are shipped separately. So if you only received 1 of 2 items then another package will be coming shortly.

I have not received my order confirmation?

Answer:
 You will receive your email confirmation 2-4 days after it is shipped. Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. This all happens the first 2-4 days before your item is shipped. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed.

Can you make a custom canvas if I supply the image?

Answer:
 Yes, we can create a custom canvas for you. Find this options under "custom canvas" in our drop down menu. Go ahead and order the custom canvas then send the image to our email. Image must be high qulity and horizontal for the 5-piece canvas. (at least 900px for width) Email: Info@CozyModernDecor.com

Can I cancel my order once it is placed?

Answer:
 Due to our fulfillment protocol, we are only able to cancel orders before they have been processed. Orders are processed 24 hours after they are placed. If your order is still within the pre-processing period. You are eligible to cancel your order. The best way to cancel your order is to reply to your receipt. We can them easily verify the cancellation eligibility. Once verified, we will cancel your order and refund you immediately. Why wont my payment go through?

Answer:
 The most common reason why a payment doesn't go through is the "billing address" is incorrect. A tip to make sure it is correct is by using an address that you used when you got your credit card this could be an old address or a family member's address. Please double check all other information and make sure all information is correct.

What payment do you accept?

Answer:
 We accept all major credit cards including PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express

Will you reimburse me for the shipping cost of returning an item?

Answer:
 No. For all returns, you will be responsible for the shipping cost.

What is your Return Policy?

Answer:
 Refunds are accepted for the first 14 days starting when you receive the product. If 14 days have passed and you have not yet shipped the item back then you are not eligible to return the product. Damaged or incorrect product?

Answer:
 Sorry! That is very rare. We will send you the correct one right away, even if it's a size issue. However, please keep in mind the replacement will take just as long as the initial order did. There is not much we can do about this shipping time. If you would still like a replacement, contact us right away and we will see what we can do. Why is my tracking not working?

Answer:
 Your package is shipped using 2 different shipping carriers. The tracking number you received is for your local carrier. Your tracking should take up to 1 week to update. Once your local shipping carrier has your package they usually update your tracking 2-3 days before it is shipped. So don’t be alarmed if you do not see your order moving this commonly happens and your order is still estimated to be delivered around 10-14 days.

What carrier do you use?

Answer:
 Our packages generally ship out with USPS if you are a United States customer. If you are from a different country then we ship your package using the most popular and common shipping carriers in your area.

How will i know when my order ships?

Answer:
 When you place an order, you'll receive an email acknowledging that your order was received. After a few days, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. How long does shipping take?

Answer:
 Please allow 10-14 Days for US delivery: Our products are made “on-demand” so we start creating your Art as soon as you order the Canvas Design, then we ship the Art to you. We work with different artists and manufacturers worldwide. This is the reason for the delivery times. Keep in mind that this is the reason we are able to offer such amazingly unique Art designs!

Do you guys provide shipping insurance?

Answer:
 Yes, we offer shipping insurance on all of our products. If your package or product was damaged during shipping then send us a picture to our email and we will send you out a replacement. Email: CozyModernDecor@gmail.com
